About Virginia Fine Properties

Virginia Fine Properties which is a division of Roy Wheeler Realty Co. was formed to assist both Sellers & buyers in and around the Charlottesville area realize their individual goals when either Selling or Purchasing farms, estates, country properties, land, investment properties or fine residential homes. We have access to four multiple listing services systems in and around central Virginia and have formed this web page to better serve both our Sellers and Purchasers. We recognize the complexity of both the sale and purchase of real estate and we treat all clients with a sense of purpose and courtesy. Steve White is a native of Albemarle County and, except for college, has spent his entire life in the Charlottesville Virginia area. In 1993 he received his Real Estate license and has spent the last 17 years working for Roy Wheeler Realty Co. in its Farm and Estate division which includes real estate, land, farms and ranches in the central Virginia area. For the last 10 years Steve has been a consistent Top Producer within the Charlottesville Association of Realtors and he specializes in country properties, land, farms, estate and fine homes.

Steve enjoys meeting new people and has a passion for finding either the right property for a buyer or working with sellers to provide a professional marketing plan.

Steve currently lives in the Crozet area of Albemarle County with his wife, Wynn, and their two children; Luke and Katie Anne. When not involved in marketing Central Virginia Real Estate, Steve enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and fishing.
